EduSci (Reflection)

EduSci (REFLECTION) Session 1 Reflection of the day! In this part of my blog, I will write on my reflection on the virtual class. I think that the teacher explained the activities that needed to be done in the following sessions, Getting to know each other and presenting oneself I think gives me also a platform to talk but not necessary teaching. Maybe it would have been better to have some kind of pre-task that would say what kind of personal introduction should have and should include the following: What one has to say in terms of academia, and personal and also how long and other things. Should choosing the pair be more randomised, just an opinion. The reason that I choose Jean Piaget is because I have heard about him before, but did not remember what the theory was about, that it why I choose this to refresh… Also, on David Kolb, no idea why I choose this, should choosing always have a reason, or can it be at random? Positive Leadership (3 ECTS)

Image
The first optional course that I had was: Positive Leadership (3 ECTS) At a professional and personal level, I think the understanding and application of positive leadership will build and maintain great relationships be it in the role of a teacher, wife, sister or daughter. By being a positive leader, one can lead with purpose and excellence, have a sense of optimism and positive vision. My professional background is in international business and being optimistic is considered an important attribute. My group activity performed during the course was Lego Building where i was in a group 1. we were 3 members in all in Group 1. We then gave Group 2 and Group 3 the challenge to build some animals and the teacher, Mrs Dana Linkeschova, had to identify the animals of both groups. The idea was to observe how group 2 and 3 started with the challenge and the ways they brainstormed. Other group activities that we performed during the class. Teachers are most of the
